Eventt identifies problems and opportunities, turns ideas into digital products, and continuously develops those products based on how people actually use them.
We have been building software for HR and people teams for more than ten years, and that experience shapes how we approach everything else: software engineering, product design, user experience, product strategy and long-term product ownership. The products are the evidence of what we can do.
Our products
Grabitt is our main product: a platform for creating measurements, collecting structured feedback and responses, and turning that data into insights and reports organizations act on. Its first version shipped in 2015 and it has been developed continuously ever since. More than 100 companies have used it.
HamSpark serves the amateur-radio community. It was built to track on-air activity and make it easier to see what is happening across the bands, by people who are part of that community themselves. Alongside it, HamSpark QSL Generator generates and sends QSL cards automatically, taking care of one of the more tedious parts of operating.
Each product keeps its own identity, audience, brand and website. What they share is how they were made.

Because we design, build, launch, operate and continuously improve our own products, we understand the complete lifecycle of a digital product, not just the development phase.
We bring that experience to a small number of companies in Colombia and internationally, as a product and engineering partner rather than as a supplier of developers.

Founded by someone who still builds
Eventt was founded in Bogotá by a software engineer and product builder who has spent more than ten years building software for HR and people teams.
HamSpark is the clearest example of how that works: a personal interest in amateur radio surfaced real problems inside the community, and software followed.
